Possible Projection Error on Dominic Smith

Dominic Smith's ROS projection appears to have an error. At a glance, it appears its driven by a ROS hit rate of 2%, leading to 4HR and 24RBI on just 7H in 198AB. I suspect a typo turned a 20-something h% into the 2% h%.
