This has been bothering me ever since the Proj + YTD pitcher .csv files began populating with YTD data in late March. Why doesn't the YTD IP data column reflect fractional innings pitched? Pitchers with fractional innings pitched for the season totals are reflected in the reports with their IP season totals rounded down. This has been an on-going issue since the files began populating YTD data and continues to be an issue to include thru today's report.
