there used to be an option on the CDG to group players by position. Doesn't seem to be like that anymore. What gives?

Custom Draft Guide by Position

Hello. I am trying to use the custom draft list to sort by position, and then by value in descending order. I accomplished that, that then when I hit the download CSV button so that I could sort out the categories I don't need in excel, it wiped out the position by position list and just gave me all the values in descending order. How do I lock in descending values by position?

Yeah, you can't do multi-level sorts in the site table.
I would use the Grid for that, just to take a list of players by position with Value easily visible. Then back it up with the table list, just alphabetical, for when you want to look at a full stat line.

Post your CDG league URL here and I can take a peek. Looks like this: https://www.baseballhq.com/tools/cus...ide/roto/12421
But in general the only way that can happen is if you set your league as NL-only.

Oh, and make sure you're looking in the OF list, because the positions that get listed in the batters table are just based on where we have their position set this year, not their eligibility. Use the grid for their eligibility.

Ray, that was the trouble, sorry to bother you. I was looking under the second basemen.
But I've got another problem. Every time I try to sign in to the Forums, I am told I must log in again with my email and password. When I do that, I get a notice that something doesn't match. So I just typed in my user name instead of my email, and got the same answer. So I clicked on "forgot password," got the email, filled out the form with the very same password I'd be using. Then I went back to the forum, typed in my name and password, and the site let me in. This has happened three times in the last four days. Same password, same user name, but it makes me "create" a new password each time.
Do you know what the problem is?
Thanks, Ted
