HRs on HQ vs. HRs on Rotolab

In looking at the imported stats on Rotolab, I was noticing that the vast majority of players on Rotolab had 1 HR more than their HQ values. When I asked Merv about it, he said the program rounded up or down depending on the number. So 15.6 HRs would be 16 and 15.4 would be 15. My question is, if that's the case, why isn't HQ doing that? Or is there something else amiss?

Merv just asked me your question too. We're rounding down here... something I'd like to change at some point, but not something I'm prepared to tackle at this time of year.

Reminder about projective inaccuracy, errant gusts of wind, etc... it's all the same projection.
