I give information on the bottom of my posts about my major money league. I need to change it from 16 to 14 teams. But I forget how to get there on the site to do that. Maybe I am just not good at computers anymore. But please let me know how to change it! and I want to add the HQ league to my info!

That language is called your "signature."
Go to your profile, click "Edit Settings," and click on the tab labeled "Account." About halfway down you will see a link labeled "Edit Post Signature."
