  • Polanco's Scoresheet tab

Jorge Polanco's Scoresheet tab is empty. There's no defensive rating or platoon info. Can you please update it?

It's because he was a free agent when the initial Scoresheet lists went up. We'll refresh it this week.

Thanks Ray. Is Scoresheet going to be added to Leaguesync soon? Drafts start soon.

We've got some LeagueSync enhancements in the works. It's more of an in-season tool than a draft tool, so we're working on things for Opening Day there.

While I agree it's main purpose is with lineups, it's very helpful when comparing a group of players, like right handed hitting outfielders for example, for drafting in Scoresheet. The friend who got me into fantasy baseball in the 80's, and then hooked me up with the site also uses it the same way, so I assume others do as well. I know the site update had a lot of challenges, but it's disappointing to not have full functionality over a year later. I know you guys had to work with Scoresheet on this (and I nudged Jeff Barton along too), so that may have slowed things down, but still a bummer.

I don't think that example of comparing RH OFs is actually something that I would necessarily go to LS for.

You can do that now on the 2025 projections table here on the site. (Stats/2025 projections). I just added an L/R filter there to fit this example. You can do RH OFs in the AL with a couple of clicks, then sort by AB, or OBP, whatever you're searching for.

Yes, you can, but when we use it for something like that we're looking for platoon info most of the time (we play Scoresheet, not Roto), and in many cases the same pool of guys is available in multiple leagues, so you could do a list and then tailor it for each league, and then keep the list for future supplemental drafts to keep an eye on guys you might want down the road. You can use the filterable projections but you can't save a list (unless I'm missing something, so please let me know if I am), so you'd have to do it for each league each draft (Scoresheet does monthly supplementals), though the pool would keep shrinking each draft. When we did it in Mack you could just make a list of the guys that were available in a specific league that might fit the bill, then click on their names and check out their numbers on the platoon side you're looking to fill. I've been just searching for each guy and opening a page for them and comparing them when ranking them. I just did a couple on the projections list, it's probably about the same in terms of time spent seeing each player, but if you're trying to compare five to 10 guys it's better to have open pages for each guy, though it's still pretty unwieldy. I'm assuming LeagueSync will have the same functionality as Mack as far as being able to create lists (as if it was another league roster), so it will help with this part of the process.

Yes, once we add the capability to manually add players to LS, you'll be able to use it in the way you describe. (You don't specifically need a Scoresheet integration for that.)

Cool, I didn't know if that was still coming; is there a target date for that? I did use Mack for lineups of course, but I used a spreadsheet last year that's workable. Sounds like it might be tight for SS integration might be tight for Opening Day.

Hoping to have manual entry for Opening Day.
