How long should it take to receive it? I was expecting it to be about a week but I ordered it on 12/20 and it still has not arrived. I don't remember it ever being that long. The season's gonna start!!!

If you ordered on 12/20, it hasn't even shipped yet... should hit the mail early next week.

We always aim to deliver pre-orders (placed before Thanksgiving) before the holidays. That was a challenge this year with fewer days between Thanksgiving and Christmas, but we mostly made that target in the US... the Canadian postal strike gummed up the Canadian orders.

Anyway, after the pre-orders, we gave the distributor a second batch of orders, that I believe was through 12/19 (so your 12/20 order missed that). Those are in the mail this week. With holiday closures, staff vacations, etc., that's all the distributor got through. But they'll be full staff again on Monday, we'll get them all of the orders since 12/20, and then they'll get into normal "ship them out a day after you ordered" mode.

Also, this weekend I'll release the PDF and electronic files to everyone (not just the recurring orders), so that will hold everyone over while the mail does its thing.

Well, it's January 29th and I still don't have my order. Don't know what happened. Like I said it's always been a week or a little longer but never this long. Should've ordered in November? I have my first big draft in 3 1/2 weeks. It would take me a few weeks to get through the book if and when I get it. My power was out recently due to the CA wildfires for three days, and I sure was thinking about how great it would be to imbibe the BF during that time. Maybe it will be here today.
