two questions about pitcher projections: 1. I've read that per game Ks minus Walks is a useful stat for projecting success, but I don't see that the pdf provides that information. 2. my league does S + H and I don't see that you project holds. Thanks.

We use K-BB% extensively in the book and on the site, I think that's what you're looking for.... not raw K minus raw BB.
We do project holds here on the site. We don't do it in the book because it's too hard to project reliever roles too early in the offseason. But we'll sharpen up our holds projections on site as we get closer to Opening Day.
