      I'm just getting on here too. I looked at my account and see the same thing about renewing in October. But my credit card may not have been updated (not sure). I made sure to update it, but now I don't know if I'm late to the party and all renewals have already gone through? I like having my electronic files over Thanksgiving weekend so I can get a head start on reading them.

        Renewals are in process, not closed yet. If you update your CC on file in your My Account page this weekend, we'll do one last renewal run on Monday.

          OK. I went in again just now to update my CC but it gave me an error message. I'll just assume I was telling it to save my current CC which is already my card of record. Is there an email for customer service if I don't receive the electronic files Wednesday or is all communication just done here in the message board?

            Yes, definitely email us at support@baseballhq.com. I have a workaround for that error message.

              I am getting the same Error Message.
              First round, it failed because the credit card numbers in my acct were not anything I've ever seen credit card wise.
              I re-entered my correct cards and today's message was another failure.
              Now when I try again to enter correct card numbers, I get Unknown Error message.

              I seem to be stuck with no way out.

                      Today is the day. I will check my email every five minutes until the PDF is released. In 2024 Christmas is November 27. When should we expect it to come out? Thanks

                        The official start to the holiday season. What else am I supposed to talk to my family about at Thanksgiving? Politics???

                                My account is signed up for auto-renewal, but I don't have access to the Forecaster PDF...do I need to do something to force the renewal process to occur?

                                (Solved: had to re-login for some reason...)
