Problems ordering Forecaster, etc.

Hello! Is anyone else having trouble ordering the Forecaster and Minor League Prospects Books? I've been waiting for HQ to respond to my request for help with this matter. Every time I try to place orders the "processing wheel" just keeps spinning and won't complete order. Any help from HQ or others would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I’m on the renewal program for both the subscription and forecaster. My account page is showing all the ‘24 info and says renewals will be done in October.

We're late on renewals, but they're on track to be done this week. Everyone will be notified of success/failure of their charges.

First pass at renewals was done last night. If your renewal succeeded, you should have gotten email receipt(s) for your purchases. If it failed, we'll be sending notifications today.

I received my receipt email (thank you) but when I go to the site to access the electronic files for The Forecaster as instructed in the email, there is only a "placeholder" available.

When should I expect to be able to access the actual files?

Yes, the Forecaster PDF will be posted in that location the day before Thanskgiving. (IE a week from today).
