CSV projections

Maybe this is just an "it's the end of the year" thing, but the al4x4 and al5x5 projections are all zero, except for a random couple that are -9258 and -6475 (is Yainer Diaz really expected to be THAT bad these last couple of weeks?).

Yeah, there just aren't enough stats in the projected player pool to derive dollar values anymore. Happens in the last couple of weeks every year.
