Contracts

Would it be possible to put a players current MLB contract on a player's page? Maybe it is and I just haven't found it, but I always seem to be jumping back and forth between HQ and Baseball Reference to find a player's contract when scouting for my only league.

We don't have that info available in our data feed currently. I agree, would be super convenient to have it. Perhaps down the road....

Thumbs up to the recommendation of Cot's. Spotrac is also good but I prefer Cot's, because it's easier to see the different types of deals.

I think a team-level look at contracts is more important than a player-level look, because (to take a random example) Paul Sewald is a free agent this year, but so is Dylan Floro, and the Dbacks have FOUR relievers who are arbitration-eligible through 2027 (Puk, Thompson, Ginkel, Mantiply). I might or might not expect Sewald to re-sign with Arizona, but with all those other options, I would guess he'll be moving on.
