IKF's Forecaster write-up mentions his run of $20+ seasons coming to an end, but according to his historical stats he has never had a single $20+ season.

His current projected balance is for $9, but with only a .250 average, one HR and 2 SB. Seems high.

The $20 seasons are in reference to values in the book, there's a big disclaimer in front of the book that explains the limitations of book dollar values.

We're starting to get to the point where in-season projected values get sketchy too. I agree $9 looks high for that stat line, but a smattering of runs/rbi and a couple of SB in a data set where nobody gets more than 200 or so PA ends up having some measurable value. It gets hard to separate players as the available playing time compresses, so the dollar value distribution gets flatter.
