Repeatedly getting kicked off

I usually log in with my Norton Privacy Browser. I am able to check out a couple of each day's content, then in the middle of one I'm suddenly off and asked to sign in if I'm a member.

I can use Chrome and sometimes do for convenience, but Norton is my preference. Any ideas about this?

There's some gremlin in the system... not ours, but the central Gannett service that we use to manage logins. It seems to have micro-outages similar to what you describe... they only last a minute or two, but you'll be asked to log back in afterward.

This does seem to have gotten better in the last week or so (or maybe it's just because I'm traveling and have been on the site less), so hopefully it's improving. We're continuing to emphasize how annoying it is...
