Should I start Nestor or Gausman in a 5X5 this week. Gausman home to Yanks vs Nestor home vs. Rays. Worried about Gausman's velocity drop and outcomes so far. Also sitting Castillo at Rockies. Start 5 SPs and presently going with Darvish, Gil, Sonny Gray, Jordan Hicks and Nestor. Very weird week where not starting my supposedly 2 best pitchers.
