  • What is with the "CB" write-ups in the book?

A lot of players have a "From the forecaster" blurb that end with the initials "CB" and that are pretty awkward and (I'm sorry to say) useless for fantasy baseball purposes. Commentary that focuses on a pitchers' arm angle or a hitter's focus on spraying to all fields is great if I was an actual scout or minor league pitching/hitting coach, but not helpful when deciding whether to draft someone. What is the story here?
    Thanks

    Runner-up: 2003, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015
    WTF?: 2002, 2011

The explanation is on the intro page to each section (batters/pitchers).

Commentaries that end with “(CB)” were written by
BaseballHQ.com Director of Prospect Analysis Chris Blessing. As
those players still have rookie eligibility and minimal MLB experience,
we’ve decided it is more beneficial to describe the player’s
scouting attributes than to focus on his statistical or performance
history. The author for the balance of any page’s commentaries is
noted after the final box on each page.
