In past years have you slotted free agents such as Cody Bellinger and Jorge Soler with the team they finished the year with at this point in the offseason? As an example you have Bellinger and his 90% PT slotted in with the Cubs as if he has already signed with them. In addition all of the other players have had their PT impacted as if Bellinger has already signed with them. I was under the impression that FA’s like Bellinger and Soler did not show up on any roster at this point in the offseason if they hadn’t signed yet. Thank you.

We would normally move the FAs off the old teams when camps open. That may not happen this year because we don't currently have a "free agent" team on the new site to move them too.
But regardless, this distinction is entirely cosmetic. Just because Bellinger appears on the Cubs depth chart and he has 90% playing time allocated, he's not taking that time from anyone else (mostly). With Bellinger on the team, we're at 125% projected PT at 1B, 330% total in the OF, and 105% total at DH... so out of that 90% PT for Bellinger, 60% of it is just excess in the Cubs overall PT.
