I think something might be broken in the dashboard, including all of the linked pages (Today, Tomorrow, 8-Day, and Daily Matchups). Almost every pitcher has a rating from less than 1 to hugely negative in the Dashboard, Today, and Daily Matchup pages, and those numbers don't agree with the written analysis for the 5 highlighted players. The likely wrong values on the Dashboard are also wrong for today's pitchers in the 8-Day.
