RSPD in Player Link

I've noticed that RSPD value seems discrepant. For example, looking at Nick Pratto today - on the general tab he has the same sample size for Actual to Date and L31, but RSPD to date is 58, while over the L31 the RSPD is 10.

Is this an error with the data computation for that variable or am I missing something? He is just an example, I've noticed on most of the player link profiles in the general tab.
