How to do nested quotes?

I don't think vBulletin allows multiple levels quotes -- at least, not the release HQ is using. I am on another forum where you can nest quotes to your heart's content.

Does anyone how to do a nested quote these days?

If you use the quotation mark icon it does seem to insert a quote.

I have a devastating humorous comment that would be so good as a nested quote. But when I tried to do it, the preview only showed the outer quote, not the inner one.
