2021 Forecaster - replacement levels

As last year (https://forums.baseballhq.com/forum/...acement-levels) the hitting replacement levels on p. 34 are identical to the numbers from the previous book. Unless that's intended due to 2020 small sample sizes, posting updated numbers would be appreciated.

Also re-upping the request for replacement levels used for calculating pitching RAR. It would be nice if those numbers were included in the book too, it's odd to show those necessary inputs for H RAR calculations but not P RAR. I cook my own RAR for Scoresheet purposes, would be nice to know if my P replacement level guesses are in the right neighbourhood.

It was intentional that we did not change those numbers this year due to the short season.

I’ll look around and see if I can find the pitching numbers. But I believe it’s just a matter of baselining that to the league xERA each year.
