BA Column on Hitter Projections?

What exactly is the BA column on the hitter projections? It shows a % value. I checked the forecaster and couldn't figure it out.

It's a % likelihood of BA to improve, based on BA-xBA difference. It seems like there's a global trend where xBA is running above BA, though. I'm looking into that, but because of that I wouldn't put too much weight on this column.
