Player not showing up in MACK

I have been using my MACK team / reports successfully all season, but for some reason when I added Neil Ramirez (CLE RP) this week, I get the following :

He shows up on my team (properties), but when I run reports he does not show up either in the view or CSV.

Can you look into this for me?

He isn't showing because he doesn't have a projection in our db. I'll add one this week. Sorry about that!
