8 Day Pitcher Matchups

My question is regarding J.C. Ramirez. For the past two weeks he has had a -2.47 or -2.50 rating on his starts. His start on Tuesday is against CHW, and I would think this would be a decent matchup for him, given his Ks. Feels like he's not getting any skills bump up vs his matchup. Can someone please look into this?

We'll shortly cut the tool over to using 2017 data. Ramirez isn't getting any credit for his early performance there because the tool is using 2016 data. That will change soon.
