Help with saving teams

Hello,
Is there a way to save or download a copy of my roto teams into my forum/profile settings?
This way I don't have to edit,copy and paste from an old post.

No, I don't think there is. The forums have an option to allow you to put a footer/signature on your post that appears with every post... but we discourage people from putting actual rosters in that area, because it skews the forum search feature.

Feel free to use that option to put your league info/format in that area, though... maybe with a link out to your roster?
