This is probably a stupid question and I'm greatly missing something but it seems like the "From the Baseball Forecaster" Notes on each players playerlink page are showing the 2015 notes and not 2016.
For example Mookie Betts comments refer to his 2014 numbers... 5-18-.291 with 7 SB in 189 AB at BOS. Dominating every level, precocious 21-y/o fast-tracked to unexpected MLB debut. Eye-popping .346/.431/.529 and 33 SB over just 399 AA-AAA AB forced Red Sox' hand. Solid across-the-board skills held up just fine vs. MLB pitchers. Position is his only question; offers All-Star ceiling at 2B.
