When is CDG updated?

What is the rule of thumb for the time of day when the CDG values are updated? Is it early morning, late at night, late-early-mid-early morning, dusk? Basically I want to know whether, if I download the CDG on Tuesday at 11:30 pm CDT, is it going to be different if I download it on Wednesday at 10:45 am CDT?

Regularly scheduled updates are done around 7-8am ET. This time of year, I'm frequently running supplemental updates in the afternoon/evening as I process and publish manual projection updates too. But 8am is always a change time.
