I have a question about this article, posted 2/21/16. In the Baseball Forecaster's Universal Draft Guide, Ben Revere is in the "Elite" tier. Yet, in this article, many OF's listed in tiers beneath that are ranked higher than him. What is the reason for the disconnect? Am I missing something?
