control/dom/cmd numbers don't make sense in some places

The one that I looked at is Ian Kennedy 2.8 control, 8.1 Dom and 2.8 command. Isn't command just Dom/Cont? And shouldn't it be more like 3.8 for Kennedy. I am hoping there aren't other calculations based on this. i haven't checked other players but this is confusing.

Command is Strikeouts/Walks: Kennedy's projected K/BB = 156/55 = 2.83, DOM is (K*9)/(IP) = 8.06 and CTL (BB*9/IP) = 2.84
