trouble connecting to the forums

been a member for years and about 3 weeks ago the forum log in started making me re register every time I got on, have sent 2 emails and made three phone calls to customer service but as of yet have got no replies....whats going on?

I've been monitoring our inbox, whatever you sent hasn't reached us. Did you email directly or use the 'contact us' forms?

Try deleting your browser cache/cookies to solve the problem.

finally i went thru the forum, when it briefly let me on

I'm behind on voicemail, but have not seen any of your emails for some reason.

I have the same problem when I'm sifting through the Forum. I get the log in page a number of times throughout the session. But it only happens on my iPad and not my Mac, so I figure it's a device specific issue.
