Annual article on MLB teams?

I forgot the actual name of the article but each year HQ does a article that looks at each division and their teams projections, then selects a couple of teams to out perform or under perform expectation etc. Will we be seeing this article before the start of the season this year?

I moved it back intentionally. It's good content for the opening week when we can't really talk about on-field results. And it's not terribly player-specific.

I'm with DCMartin on this issue. I use that article to juggle wins in the projections. It does me no good if it gets published after my draft.
