How come Moncada is still not in the projections? Does this mean HQ thinks he will be in the minors all year? Or is it an oversight?

Because he is only 19, and Ben Cherington likened him to the case of Jose Iglesias (also 19 when he signed with Boston). Iglesias came up a couple of years later.

Not only is Moncada 19, he hasn't played competitively for well over a year. He needs time.
