I received my Forecaster in December. A few weeks later, I received another copy (only charged for the first one). I emailed HQ offering to return the second copy. I proposed paying shipping cost to return the second Forecaster if HQ paid for shipping costs of Art McGee's book (I will of course pay the cost of the book). I received the general email from customer service that my email was directed to the appropriate department, but no response. I hate to have the second Forecaster go to waste.
