is it possible to generate custom draft guide reports that use the MLBAM player ids?

On the to-do list, but not yet. The CSV extract for CDG has the PlayerID already. You could use that to tie to MLBAM from the regular files.

Easy enough to do if you dump the results to CSV format. Just some quick Excel re-sorting.
