Custom draft Guide vs PlayerLink values

I've noticed a difference between values given by the CDG and the PlayerLink.
For example Jean Segura ; PlayerLink has him at R$21 and 5X5 $21 but running the CDG with 5x5 roto scoring 15 teams he is $13 and 12 teams he is $9.
Why the difference?
What is the "R" in the player link value?

In Playerlink: R$ is 4x4, 5x5 is (obv) 5x5. All values are 12-team "only" leagues... AL for AL players, NL for NL-players. So yes, those will be quite different from a mixed-league CDG run.
