REL Score - Converting Letters to Numbers

So many of Shandler's original strategy articles (TCD, Portfolio3) rely heavily on a numeric reliability score. Some time after these articles were written, the system changed to a 3-letter grade system. Is there a rough way of converting one to the other? I am trying to incorporate a P3 plan into my draft but am not sure what constitutes a REL score of 70. Does anybody have any tips on how to do this?

No, they are apples and oranges. But the updated P3 plan is built around the letter grades. Go to Research/Research Vault and click on Mayberry index page. The Latest Mayberry and P3 overviews are there.
