Specific author search?

I know there is probably a simple way to do this but I can't seem to figure it out.

At the website, is there a way to see all the articles of late (say the last couple of months) by author?
Say, I just want to read the last four articles by Nickrand? Is there a way to easily get these links?

Author search doesn't work very well. But on the top menu, if you go to Skills menu and click on Starting Pitcher Buyers Guide, you'll be brought to a page with the entire history of those columns (since we went to the new site last year).
