just re-read the REL grades explanation in the 2013 Forecaster and also in the education area on the site. I know it's intended to be an objective based grade(s) on the factors listed.
am I dreaming this up or did I once read somewhere that the only forward looking aspect of REL was that there was an adjustment based on player age? I don't see that mentioned anywhere in the above descriptions so I'm probably dreaming but wanted to verify. My intention is to add something to REL based on age for an analysis I'm doing but do not want to count for it twice if already incorporated. Thanks.
