Bautista is o95.

what does the smaller "o" represent, cant find it anywhere. Assuming the bigger "O" is DH.

Big O (zero actually) is DH.
little o is Outfield. Encompasses the 7-8-9 eligibility, as well as those few guys every year who get generic OF eligibility without playing 20 games in any of LF, RF, or CF individually.
