Big Lead Sports Toolbar?

Why is there a Big Lead Sports Toolbar loading on the bottom of the main subscribers page now?

I see

script type="text/javascript" src="http://s3.amazonaws.com/bigleadsports/bls-toolbar/bigleadsports1.js"

in the HTML.

Is this intentional? If so, why? And how do I get it to disappear (not just "minimize"?)?

EDIT: Sorry, it seems to be on every subscriber page. Is this a new wave of ads?
