    the glossary gives a little chart, but not anyway to concretely calculate qERA.

    anyone have any idea how this works?
    1903. 1912. 1915. 1916. 1918. 2004.

    Essentially the table respresents the average ERA for all pitchers who have those corresponding DOM/DIS percentages. I can't find the exact methodology, but if you take your pitcher's current DOM% and DIS%, fin the cell that is at the intersection of those two %'s, you will find his expected ERA.

        No formula, it's strictly a massive lookup chart based on the DOM and DIS levels.
