Lower Pitching Values on HQ Web Site in 2011?

The rotisserie dollar values starting pitchers appear much lower this year than in the past. In the 2011 Forecaster, Scott Baker (3.98 ERA, 1.29 whip, 14W, 174 K) is listed at $17. On the web site the same stats yield an $11 5x5 value. Homer Bailey's projections are the same in the book as on the web site, but the dollar values are $11 vs $3.
