Upgrade to Gold4 Dynasty for PDF files?

Saw on the front page about upgrading to Gold4 Dynasty which would include PDF files of BF. I am a Gold4 Deluxe sub - how would I go about upgrading and paying the $25 difference? Cannot figure it out on the site
