What does 15$ mean in Doug's column?

I may well be just dense this morning--but I can't for the life of me figure out what this column means. My best guess is that the values listed are R$ for a 15 team mixed league. But that hardly seems straightforward, since that would imply a different standard than the usual meaning of R$ as listed, for example, in playerlink. Help!

Yes, that's what it means. 12$ and $15 are a convention we use in the mixed-league projection files to indicate 5x5 value in 12- and 15-team mixed leagues, respectively.

Sorry, should have made it more clear. I usually don't use $ at all because different leagues would have different values here, rendering it fairly meaningless to many, but I wanted to give a standardized relative valuation and thought that including it might help.
