Mayberry Method or Custom Draft Guide

Question,

I am planning on using the Mayberry method in my 12 team mixed league auction. I would then customize the spreadsheets accordingly.

Should I also be using the Custom Draft Guide at the same time or stick with one or the other, so as to avoid confusion?

Mayberry is meant to work as a standalone tool, but certainly no harm in bringing along additional reference materials. The CDG grid might be very helpful in tracking what's left at each position, where the talent breaks are, etc.
