Pitching projections

I recently read an artilce about pitching prrojections.
I think it liked at using Dom and GB% to predict pitcher success.
I cannot remember who's column it was.

The description is kind of vague, but I don't recall anything matching that description appearing here recently. May have been (gasp!) at another site.

what other site would know to look at thing like Dom and GB %?
serves me right for reading fantasy baseball at midnight.
I do remember it had a chart of pitchers GB % showing Lincecum at 40%
I will look on those "other sites" and let you know if I find it.

Stephen Nickrand had an article about this in the 2008 Forecaster, page 36. I don't know if i'ts been updated since then.

The criteria were 5.6+ Dom and 50%+ GB%. Then a separate list of 5.6+ Dom and 45%+ GB%.
