Gaudin projections are showing 47 Games. It appears that he is being considered as a relief pitcher. I wonder if that makes an impact on his ERA calculations. Right now he looks like somebody I must pick up. He is already ranked $ ahead of my favorite Wandy.
    HTH, 12-team mixed; weekly transactions; 6X6 (bat: H,R,HR,RBI,BA,SB) (pitch: W,L,SV,CG,K,ERA); 22-man rosters (start: c,1b,2b,3b,SS,RF,CF,LF,DH,5 SP, 2 RP; Bench: 6); Non-keeper

No, role shouldn't impact the ERA projection, but I'll get it checked just the same.

I think this is on my end. I'll check tonight.

I noticed Kemp's projected AVG went from .297 last week to .274, with BPI's staying stable. That's quite a drop.

              Lackey?

              I have a question, please:

What happened to Lackey's projected value for 2009 during the changeover to a new technical/formulas/methods of projecting in-season values that started this past Monday?

On Tuesday AM, when I looked, Lackey's projected values had plummetted from where they had been a week or so prior, the last time I looked. I do not know from what to what, since I did not record what they were a week ago or so. I know his projected value in 5x5 that is in the Playerlink was suddenly $9, based on a 4.00+ ERA and MORE than a 1.31 WHIP (which is where it is right now).

NOW, as of today, Wednesday, his projected ERA is 3.76, his WHIP 1.31 and his projected value for the rest of the year is $14 in 5x5. That is a material change from just 1 day ago. And the 1 day ago number was a material DROP from a week ago.

I am NOT complaining, just tryiong to understand what happened and how those adjustments occurred, or why.

Ron did say we should ask if we saw material changes.

              Thanks

for the $9 you're reporting I think you saw some of the erroneous values, singled out by Ed above, that were published between 2pm and 9pm on 6/28. Some files I save show Lackey as $16 for 5x5 on 6/21 and $15 for 5x5 on 6/29. His projected ERA and WHIP increased slightly over that period.
