RAR Confusion

I have been reading your glossary and have seen RAR everywhere.

I understand it from a high level... but i am struggling to figure out how to USE it for everyday and for draft?

can some of you give me how you use it?

RAR is used mainly as a ranking system for simulation leagues (Scoresheet being one example) -- it's a way of ranking both pitchers and hitters together. It does not have a lot of value for traditional roto leagues -- you're better off sticking to $ values and BPIs.
