Is the CDG any use during the year?

Are the balance of year projections used for the cdg? thanks

Yes, all data in the CDG now is balance-of-year projections... which should help make it useful for evaluating trades, free agents, etc.

thats nice to know Ray. I had an offer of mclouth for floyd who is expendable, but with mclouth I would need to drop Kubel. My league parameters are a little different, more emphasis on power vs. speed. Looking at the player link they are pretty close in value, in my league according to CDG Kubel is $16 and mclouth $1. I knew there was a difference but without the CDG I might not really know how different.
