If you click on each of the Buyers Guides pages (left side toolbar of the subscriber home page), each one (Power, BA, Bullpens, etc), has a series of reports on the top of the page that is designed to show "surgers" and "faders" by various criteria.
Note that the data isn't really substantial enough to put any meaning in those reports just yet... but they're available.
